Roles and responsibilities will include: Partner with senior leaders to deliver people strategies aligned with business goals. Lead key HR processes including performance management, compensation reviews, and engagement initiatives. Provide expert guidance to enhance leadership capability and team effectiveness. Drive talent strategies including succession planning, recruitment, and retention. Use HR data and insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement. Manage employee relations matters with professionalism and discretion. Collaborate with HR specialists to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery. Experience and skills required: 5+ years experience in a senior HR role, ideally within financial services or a regulated professional industry. Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment legislation in Ireland Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic change. Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills. Agile, proactive, and passionate about delivering results through people.
