Job title: Sales SupportContract Type: Full Time Permanent - subject to 6 months probationLocation: Ballymount Co. DublinSalary: €30, ,000 per annum, paid monthlyAt Culligan, we believe that cleaner, healthier water can help contribute to improving the lives of people around the world and is a key driver towards solving some of the biggest challenges that lie in our future.This role provides Sales support to both the Sales Teams and Management Team in all aspects of the sales cycle to ensure overall company targets are achieved.Ensuring that data and correspondence is managed appropriately and securely with the least number of touch points across the business. Ensuring that internal and external queries relating to the processing and accuracy of the data are managed promptly. The Sales Support role is expected to represent the business positively, supporting all stakeholders, developing opportunities and supporting the wider business in achieving its business goals.What this role involves:Customer Support for Sales and support reporting in liaison with the Management TeamMaintaining and updating Salesforce/PandaDoc KPIs, pricing files, templates and contracts as requiredLeads allocation and distribution within customer portfolios, including appointment schedulingKey customer and internal sales reportsKey sales projects, implementation and delivery where requiredWorking with internal support teams to produce reporting/accounts data as requiredEnsuring all information and correspondence is accurately maintained and updated for effective retrieval, including department process auditingEnsuring supporting documents and contracts are stored appropriately and in line with process maps / SLAsSupporting sales with local marketing material (soft and hard copy)Assisting and providing administration support to the Management Team as requiredProviding the necessary admin deliverables aligned to SLAsDealing with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders in a professional manner via email and telephoneResponsible for completing a variety of stand‑alone tasks or high‑volume transactions based on workload requirementsRequirementsWhat we're looking for:Strong oral and written communication skillsA proven track record of providing customer serviceCompetence in using Microsoft Office tools PowerPoint, Word & ExcelStrong ability to consistently achieve targetsDemonstrated achievement/delivery of activities with attention to detailTrack record of achieving goals and working to tight timeframesBenefitsWhat we can offer:Monday - Friday Days working pattern23 days' holiday + Bank Holidays - increasing with long serviceCompany Pension schemeCompany Sick Pay (after qualifying period)Shopping discounts with Perks at Work24 hours access to Employee Assistance ProgrammeVolunteering DayEmployee support network and mental health assistanceOpportunity for career progression
