Reservations Manager - 4* Wexford Hotel - €40k We are looking for an experienced Reservations Manager on behalf of our client.
Duties & Responsibilities: Analysis overall monthly hotel performance and provide summary report with recommendations to improve long term strategies.
To analysis the business on a daily basis looking at pickup, pace, lead times, booking patterns and trends.
Report all guest feedback to your team, ensuring speedy corrective action Work in partnership with our Revenue Manager & Sales Manager to achieve budgeted targets Create, develop, monitor, and adjust sales and pricing strategies Ensure web site booking process is maintained up-to-date and functional.
Ensure hotel personnel is fully competent in the use of all systems Management and loading of rates, profiles and availability in the PMS Analysis all lost, refused and cancelled business in the month.
Update weekly forecast of expected results and compare variances and budget comparisons on Alkimii.
Prepare 36-month forecasts Manage all reservation and group booking administration and process all requests and manage inventory of all processes and recommend ways to maximize revenue.
To input reservations into the system and work closely with the front desk in dealing with reservations enquiries too.
Monitor competitors rates and understanding local markets and demands Assist for the preparation of the hotel Rooms Sales budget.
To have a thorough knowledge of the hotel and all the products on offer.
Handle and resolve customer complaints, following through to ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction at all times.
Implement SOPs and minimise refunds.
