Senior Project Manager - Enabling Works
This role encompasses planning, coordination, and delivery of multiple Enabling Work Contract packages.
* Liaise with local authorities, environmental bodies, and utility providers for compliance and coordination
* Integrate enabling works into the overall programme to minimize disruption
* Monitor/report progress, risks, and mitigation strategies for enabling works
Key Qualifications:
* Minimum 10 years' project delivery experience across the project lifecycle through to completion in high value metro rail projects
* PMP certification
* Commercial and financial awareness in project/package environments
* Knowledge/experience of NEC Contracts required
