The organisation is undergoing major digital and operational transformation, including SAP modernisation and the adoption of S/4HANA.
This role provides the opportunity to contribute to major technology-enabled change while building leadership, delivery and operational management capability in a large-scale national organisation. Reporting directly to the CFO, the SAP Execution Lead plays a central leadership role in managing the SAP functional delivery team, ensuring high-quality execution across enhancements, projects and operational support. Acting as the bridge between business stakeholders, programme leadership and the SAP Centre of Excellence (COE), the role ensures that priorities are clear, governance is adhered to and solutions are delivered efficiently, consistently and in alignment with organisational goals.
The successful candidate will bring strong practical SAP delivery experience, proven leadership capability and the ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams while maintaining oversight of processes, documentation and stakeholder engagement. Experience in S/4HANA transformation and multi‑vendor delivery environments is highly desirable.
