The successful BIM Coordinator will be responsible for the full delivery of MEP building services projects.

Role: Deliver 3 D & 2 D coordination drawings to meet project timelines Detail 3 D elements for design and coordination Produce 3 D model files using Revit Create 2 D coordination and installation drawings Ensure clash-free, coordinated model files Administer files and maintain document control registers Support BIM process and attend coordination meetings Conduct site surveys and produce verified record drawings Requirements: Must have 3+ years experience in modelling Electrical systems within an engineering consultancy or contractor.
Experience as a BIM Coordinator delivering a range of large projects.
Mechanical Trade or Engineering background would be an advantage.
Excellent IT skills - Revit, Navisworks, Auto CAD and MS Office.
Must have experience using Revit MEP The successful BIM Engineer must be in Ireland or the UK at present and be eligible to work in Ireland without requiring a work permit.
