As a key player in ensuring the smooth operation of our expanding airline group, you will be responsible for providing support to various departments. Your role will involve ensuring that policies and procedures are adhered to, providing feedback to airports and ground operations, and offering telephone and email assistance for all European Airports and Call Centers.
Key Responsibilities:
* You will liaise with the Ground Operations Training Department regarding airport issues.
* Notify passengers of delays, cancellations, and schedule changes via email, SMS, push notifications, and the Ryanair Day of Travel App.
* Update web notices on Ryanair.com.
* Create ad hoc disruption videos for the Day of Travel App.
* Manage access to the reservations system.
* Liaise with the Systems Department regarding bugs and defects.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
* Experience in airline or airport operations is desirable.
* Ability to remain diplomatic and tactful under pressure.
* Strong problem-solving skills.
* Proactive in handling errors and complaints.
* High level of interpersonal and written communication skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office.
