We're now hiring a Marketing Administrator to provide dedicated support across a range of administrative and coordination tasks.This is not an entry-level graduate position. We're looking for someone who has previously supported a Marketing team or provided executive-level administrative support in a fast-paced corporate environment.What You'll DoOwn and manage the process for ordering, tracking, and distributing branded merchandise across all sites and eventsOversee stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment and reportingTrack and raise SAP requisitions and purchase orders (POs) with accuracy and speedCreate, format and edit PowerPoint presentations, Word documents and marketing materials in line with brand guidelinesSupport the creation and organisation of social media content plans and influencer contractsMaintain the Marketing Library, templates, CV bank and organisational chartsAssist in planning and delivery of client events, team days, and industry exhibitionsAct as a point of contact for day-to-day marketing admin queries across departmentsProvide general administrative and coordination support to the Marketing Manager and wider teamWhat You'll Bring2+ years' experience in a marketing support or senior administrative support roleConfidence working across Office 365 (especially PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook)Familiarity with SAP or equivalent ERP systems is highly desirableExperience in managing corporate branding and merchandise processesExcellent communication skills and a proactive, can-do attitudeStrong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities with easeA collaborative working style and enthusiasm for being part of a dynamic, fast-paced teamA full, clean driver's licence, occasional travel to off-site events or between DG locations may be requiredWhy Join Designer Group?We are an international engineering contractor delivering high-impact projects across multiple sectors.
