As a platform engineer, you will be responsible for designing, delivering and scaling cloud-based infrastructure that underpins enterprise contact centres.
About The Role
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team in building and maintaining resilient Linux-based systems for customer contact services.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and implement cloud-based infrastructure solutions using Linux, Docker/Kubernetes.
* Contribute to platform automation, monitoring and deployment tooling (CI/CD, GitOps etc.).
* Troubleshoot and support production systems in a 24/7 high-availability environment.
* Collaborate with senior engineers to upskill in SIP, VoIP and telephony environments.
* Participate in agile sprint cycles, code reviews and platform optimisation efforts.
* Write and maintain platform documentation and incident runbooks.
Ideal Experience
* 5+ years in platform, cloud, DevOps or infrastructure engineering roles.
* Strong skills in Linux, Docker/Kubernetes.
* Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure or GCP) and monitoring frameworks.
* Willingness to learn contact centre tooling (Genesys, Amazon Connect, Avaya).
* Experience supporting production systems in a regulated or enterprise environment.
* Scripting experience (Python, Bash etc.) and solid understanding of system-level debugging.
