Human Resource Specialist Position
This role involves working with People Leaders to define job requirements and manage end-to-end recruitment. You will be responsible for managing the hiring process, which includes screening candidates, issuing offers/contracts, performing reference checks, and assisting with interviews.
Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with senior professionals to design effective recruitment strategies.
* Source and evaluate potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and career events.
* Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a seamless transition into their roles.
Requirements:
* A bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on recruitment and talent management.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
* Certification in HR, such as CIPD Accreditation, is desirable.
