As a Commis Chef, you will play a key role in supporting the kitchen team, learning and developing your culinary skills, and ensuring that our guests receive the highest quality food. Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the preparation and cooking of food in accordance with hotel standards and procedures.
* Ensure all food is presented to the highest quality and consistency.

* Follow food safety and hygiene standards in all aspects of food preparation and service.
* Work efficiently in a team environment, supporting your colleagues where necessary.
* Learn and develop new skills in various kitchen sections.
* Assist with stock control and inventory management.
Key Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Commis Chef or in a similar kitchen role is desirable, but not essential.
* A passion for cooking and high-quality food.
