We are currently working with a well renowned mechanical contractor that are working on a number of commercial projects in Dublin. The company have a turnover in excess of €30million and take pride in looking after and developing their staff. They have a busy orderbook for the next two years with over €40 Million euro in projects confirmed. They are adding to their site management teams and are looking for chargehands, supervisors and site managers.
About Your New Job
The role will involve the full responsibility of management of the project on site, managing trade staff and subcontractors, ordering materials, taking in deliveries, coordination with builders etc. You will report directly into the project manager on the project. The ideal candidate will have 5 years' experience working on mechanical install projects.
What you Need
* 5+ years experience working on mechanical / plumbing install projects.
* Trade qualification in plumbing / pipefitting.
* Experience working on largescale commercial, industrial or residential projects.
* Capable of running large crews of trades staff and general operatives.
What's on Offer
The successful candidate will be paid a salary of circa €75000 plus a company vehicle, pension, mobile phone, laptop, death in service etc. The company are renowned for looking after their staff and have secured work in the Dublin for the next two years.
