About the Role:
The Project Lead R&D Engineer will be responsible for leading research and development projects, identifying new product ideas, and developing prototypes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Representing R&D on New Product Development project teams
2. Conducting market research and evaluating technology performance and stability
3. Sourcing materials and components and assessing their quality
4. Developing product specifications to ensure customer satisfaction
5. Providing technical support to other functions including Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, Engineering and Manufacturing
