**Job Description:** We are seeking a skilled HR Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing employee disciplinaries and grievances investigations, overseeing recruitment, interviews, induction and onboarding of new employees, performance management, HR metrics and reporting, conducting HR audits, assisting in staff training processes, and implementing HR programmes and employee wellbeing initiatives.

**Requirements:
* 3rd level qualification in HR
* CIPD qualified or working towards
* At least 3 years experience working as a HR Officer
* Must have knowledge of Irish Labour Laws - essential
* Experience with HR systems i.e. performance management
* Proficient with Microsoft Office packages & IT systems
* Ability to work in fast-paced environment
* FULL CLEAN IRISH DRIVING LICENSE & own transport - ESSENTIAL
