Project Manager Role
This exciting opportunity is for a highly skilled Project Manager to lead construction projects from inception to completion.
Our client is a reputable building contractor based in Ireland, undertaking various construction projects across the country. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in managing large-scale projects with budgets exceeding €20M - €100M.
Key Responsibilities:
* Developing project plans and schedules to achieve agreed outcomes.
* Providing leadership and direction to team members.
* Coordinating project activities in accordance with company policies and procedures.
* Liaising with design teams, project teams, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project delivery.
* Ensuring timely delivery, cost control, quality assurance, and client satisfaction.
* Resolving critical site issues and implementing corrective actions.
Requirements:
* At least 5 years' experience as a Project Manager in construction.
* Ideal experience in public contract construction and private projects.
* A third-level qualification in construction management or civil engineering.
* Excellent delegation, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Strong knowledge of quality and safety management systems.
* Proficient in generating detailed site reports and using IT systems effectively.
* The ability to drive projects forward and meet strict deadlines.
* Full Irish driving license.
