We are seeking a commercially driven
Senior Key Account Manager
to join a high-performing team within a global telecom and technology leader. This permanent position focuses on managing and growing strategic enterprise accounts in the Irish market, with an emphasis on Enterprise (B2B), Cloud, and Mobile Network solutions.
What you'll be doing:
* Manage and expand high-value accounts in the Irish telecom market.
* Build and execute customer relationship strategies with senior stakeholders and C-level executives.
* Lead new business development while strengthening relationships with existing accounts.
* Influence customer strategies and identify long-term strategic opportunities.
* Negotiate contracts, design transaction models, and oversee deals from initiation to delivery.
* Address complex project risks, operational challenges, and conflict resolution.
Must-haves:
* 5+ years
of experience in the telecommunications industry.
* Experience in strategic account management, partnerships, or enterprise sales within Telecom, SaaS, ICT, or related technology sectors.
* Proven experience in enterprise sales, strategic account management, or business development.
* Strong skills in contract negotiation, customer relationship management, and project operations.
* Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience).
* Solid understanding of telecom solutions and services.
Big PLUS if you have:
* Experience with Cloud technologies.
* Knowledge of cybersecurity solutions, modern work tools, or ICT innovations.
* Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC or Social Selling.
* Track record of working with global enterprise accounts and managing vendor partnerships.
