Lead Store Operations
We are seeking a seasoned Store Manager to lead our retail operations, bringing strategic thinking and commercial acumen to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Set and maintain high standards for store performance, visual presentation, and merchandising.
* Ensure exceptional customer service by leading a team of professionals who share your commitment to delivering outstanding experiences.
* Champion compliance with internal policies, operational procedures, and health and safety regulations.
* Develop and support your team through ongoing training, regular feedback, and clear expectations for performance and conduct.
* Analyse sales data to identify trends, highlight opportunities, and implement improvements where needed.
* Assign roles and responsibilities based on individual strengths and experience to ensure efficient daily operations.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 5 years' experience managing teams in a retail environment.
* Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
* Strong commercial understanding with a track record in analysing sales and improving store performance.
* Familiarity with Planograms, including interpretation and implementation.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
