Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Legal Specialist to join our team in Dublin. The successful candidate will provide legal support and coordination associated with the development, structuring, launch and operation of cross-border products.
The role involves liaising internally with other departments within the organisation (product development and implementation, marketing, compliance, risk and finance) and externally with legal advisors to ensure products are structured, launched and registered in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide legal support for the company's growing third-party management company business.
* Draft fund legal documentations pertaining to Luxembourg-domiciled funds.
