This is a great opportunity for a BDR or Junior AE ready to take the next stepowning the full sales cycle, driving new business, and making a direct impact in a rapidly scaling tech environment. About the Role As an Account Executive, youll be responsible for managing the entire sales processfrom prospecting and qualifying leads to running demos and closing deals. Youll build and maintain strong relationships with clients across the DACH region, helping them unlock the full value of the platform. This role combines autonomy, ownership, and fast career growth in a collaborative, supportive sales culture. Key Responsibilities Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, demo, negotiation, and closing. Build and nurture trusted relationships with German-speaking clients. Develop and execute a strategic pipeline plan to achieve and exceed revenue targets. Collaborate with marketing, sales development, and customer success teams to ensure a smooth client journey. Track and forecast performance accurately using CRM tools. Continuously refine your approach through data, feedback, and experimentation. Your Profile & Skills Fluent in German and English (spoken and written). 13 years of sales experience in SaaS, tech, or digital marketing ideally with exposure to full-cycle or closing roles. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously. Comfortable leading client conversations and delivering engaging demos. Ambitious, curious, and proactive, with an entrepreneurial mindset. Team-oriented and coachable you enjoy learning from peers and sharing your own insights.
