You'll provided technical support, troubleshooting issues, and helping to drive improvements in infrastructure and processes. This role offers hands-on exposure to systems monitoring, cybersecurity, and cloud services, with strong opportunities for professional growth.What you’ll be doing:*Delivering first-line IT support across the organisation*Managing and resolving technical queries in a timely, customer-focused manner*Working with best-in-class tools and exploring emerging technologies*Supporting IT security initiatives, including endpoint protection and patch management*Assisting with disaster recovery and backup monitoring*Documenting IT processes and contributing to an internal knowledge baseWhat we’re looking for:*1–2 years’ experience in an IT Helpdesk or similar technical support role*Third-level qualification in an IT-related discipline*Good working knowledge of Windows environments, Microsoft 365, and network monitoring tools*Strong organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills*Ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail*A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a passion for technologyNice to have:*Experience in endpoint protection, backup monitoring, and firewall administration*Exposure to disaster recovery planning and cybersecurity practices*Interest in cloud technologies (AWS or Microsoft certifications a plus)
