Site Manager
We're working with a leading building contractor in their search for a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to oversee every aspect of project execution, including planning, resource allocation, on-site coordination, and quality control.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
* Plan, organise, and oversee construction projects from start to finish
* Liaise with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients.
* Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely and within-budget completion
* Supervise subcontractors, operational staff, and on-site personnel while assisting the Project Manager in project delivery
* Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality standards on the construction site
* Monitor progress and address any issues or delays to keep projects on track
* Maintain regular communication with project teams and stakeholders to provide updates and address any concerns
* Guarantee adherence to building codes, regulations, and company policies
* Maintain comprehensive records of site activities and documentation
Requirements:
* Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Site Manager or in a similar role within the construction industry
* Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle
* Advanced knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards
