We are a leading provider of advanced office entry solutions in Dublin, delivering high-quality installation, maintenance, and repair services for automated doors, access control systems, security barriers, and other commercial entry point technologies.Maximise your chances of a successful application to this job by ensuring your CV and skills are a good match.As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled and motivated Service Technician to join our dynamic team and take on a leadership role in overseeing day-to-day field operations.e.This role requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and proven leadership experience in a field-based service environment.Key Responsibilities Perform advanced troubleshooting, diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance on: Automated entry doors (sliding, swing, revolving) Access control systems (card readers, keypads, biometric units) Security gates and turnstiles Ensure compliance with all safety standards and manufacturer guidelines.Team & Workflow Management: Assign daily tasks and coordinate job schedules across the team.Review completed jobs for quality assurance and client satisfaction.Monitor performance, provide feedback, and support technician development.Client & Operations Support: Liaise with clients, project managers, and internal teams to ensure clear communication and effective service delivery.Prepare job reports, service logs, and performance documentation.Support stock and parts management for field operations.Qualifications & Experience 2+ years in a technician role.Proven knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and low-voltage systems.Familiarity with safety and compliance standards relevant to commercial entry systems.Full, clean Irish driving licence.Relevant certifications in electrical or mechanical systems (e.g., Safe Pass, Manual Handling, PSA licence) preferred.Skills & Competencies Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.Excellent problem-solving and hands-on technical skills.Professional communication and client interaction skills.
