We’re looking for a passionate, results-driven HR Generalist to join a collaborative team of six, supporting a mission that empowers young people across Ireland. This is more than a role – it’s a chance to develop your career while contributing to a cause that matters.
What you’ll be doing
* Be a trusted advisor – provide expert HR guidance to managers and employees, ensuring smooth, compliant, and people-focused processes
* Drive the employee experience – manage the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to exits
* Collaborate across teams – work closely with Finance on accurate payroll processing
* Champion well-being – help shape policies that support growth, engagement, and inclusion
* Use data to make a difference – analyse HR trends and recommend improvements
* Get involved in projects – contribute to strategic HR initiatives that support organisational goals
What we’re looking for
* 2+ years’ experience in a HR Generalist role
* Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (CIPD a plus)
* Confident communicator and relationship-builder at all levels
* Analytical thinker with strong attention to detail
* Full driving licence (occasional travel required)
* Payroll administration or not-for-profit experience is an advantage
