SAP Application Support Analyst Rate: € per day Location: Limerick Type: 12 Months Rolling Start: 21/01/26 Hybrid We are seeking an experienced SAP Application Support Analyst to join our Limerick-based clients' team. In this role, you will provide day-to-day functional and technical support across the SAP landscape, ensuring stability, performance and a great end-user experience. You will work closely with business stakeholders, project teams and external partners to maintain, enhance, and optimise SAP solutions. Responsibilities: Provide Level 1-3 support for SAP applications across relevant modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, HCM, SuccessFactors, Basis, etc.) Troubleshoot incidents, analyse root causes and implement effective solutions or workarounds. Monitor SAP system performance, integrations, jobs and interfaces. Manage change requests, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, documentation and release management. Support system upgrades, patches and enhancement projects. Collaborate with business users to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement. Maintain high-quality documentation, technical specs, process maps and training materials. Requirements: 2-5+ years' experience in SAP application support or similar SAP functional/technical roles. Hands-on expertise in at least one SAP module; broader cross-module knowledge is an advantage. Strong understanding of SAP integration points and business processes. Experience in incident management, change management, and ITIL processes. Ability to analyse issues logically and communicate solutions clearly.
