* As the Commercial Project Manager, you will coordinate sales and service processes to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables. This includes capturing service orders, quotations, order management, and customer orders.
* Act as a change agent, fostering alignment and collaboration across functions. You will be responsible for driving transformation and ensuring teams are moving in the same direction.
* Bridge gaps and ensure teams are on board with the transformation. You will work closely with super users, local process owners, and application specialists, supported by a specialist team.
What Skills You Need
* Strong project management skills.
* Experience in leading large-scale transformation initiatives is essential.
* Previous exposure to transformation projects and driving change.
* Ability to lead without direct reports and coordinate functions effectively.
