Job Summary:

We seek a driven sales professional to join our personal lines team, focusing on car, home, and van insurance new business sales, customer service, and administration.
1. Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.
2. Chase leads provided by the marketing department.
3. Update customer information in compliance with data protection regulations.
4. Issue motor, home, and van insurance quotes through inbound and outbound channels.
5. Cater to customer queries and concerns.
6. Enhance customer satisfaction by offering relevant insurance products.
7. Meet and exceed monthly targets for quotations issued and sales closed.
8. Establish client accounts and ensure accurate documentation.
9. Monitor changes in customer details and update records accordingly.
10. Submit rate increase reports to team leaders or managers and gather customer feedback.
Key Requirements:
Qualifications: CIP, APA Personal General, or grandfathered qualification. At least 2 years of insurance experience, preferably within a brokerage setting.
Skills and Abilities: Strong focus on sales, commitment to high-level customer service, effective teamwork, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
