A Financial Reporting Specialist is required to join a dynamic team.
As a key member of our reporting team, you will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of financial records and ensuring compliance with local and international accounting standards.
The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Responsibilities:
* Record manual entries in the ERP system on a monthly basis and reconcile balance sheet accounts within established timeframes.
* Analyze monthly transactions and balances to support management control and identify areas for improvement.
* Participate in monthly closings and provide timely reporting to management and stakeholders.
* Reconcile fixed assets and depreciation accounts with the ERP system and record necessary adjustments.
* Support internal and external audits by providing detailed financial information and analysis.
* Prepare and validate tax packages and other regulatory submissions.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in financial reporting and analysis.
* Strong knowledge of French accounting and taxation principles.
* Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Knowledge of Oracle ERP and shared services environments.
