We are seeking a highly skilled retail leader to manage our store and drive sales growth.
The ideal candidate will have overall responsibility for the running of the store, focusing on maximising revenue, efficient cost management and delivering exceptional customer service. They will be directly responsible for achieving key performance targets and ensuring excellent customer service is provided by all staff members.
Key responsibilities include actively supporting, developing and training a team of colleagues to deliver outstanding customer service and continually improving store standards by ensuring the store is merchandised to high standards and stock management is maintained.
The successful candidate will be a talented retail professional who can inspire their team to excel and deliver an exceptional customer experience. They will thrive in a fast-paced environment with high expectations and work collaboratively as part of a close-knit team.
