For further details see our website As part of our continued expansion, we are looking for a suitable candidate to join our team as a Trainer / Facilitator on an associate / sub-contractor basis.The ideal candidate:Experience working in this field ideal but not essentialDoes need to have an aptitude for engaging and influencing people (groups) and an interest in people developmentMust feel comfortable working with groupsMust have in 5 years industry experience at a management levelMust have direct people management experienceMust be available to run workshops, in person, on client sites, as requiredMust have a primary degree (will consider diploma level if relevant)Can show evidence of engagement in Continuing Professional Development on an ongoing basisWill be at an advantage if the person has training, coaching, facilitation or any other relevant further qualifications and experience facilitating groups and/or coachingThis role is on a sub-contractor / associate basis (part time only).Our training, facilitation and coaching is both in person and online. The suitable candidate must be available to provide workshops on client sites and must have a car license and own a car.Travel (mainly within Ireland) is a feature of the position.
