Role Finishing Foreman Due to continued growth, M.
Fitzgibbon Contractors, requires an experienced Site Foreman for a project in Dungarvan, Co.
Waterford 6 month contract.
Key Responsibilities: Liaise with the various internal and external contributors (Design Team, Quantity Surveyors etc.) to ensure timely project delivery Ensure works are carried out in compliance with building regulations Manage site labour Direct Employees and Subcontractors Engage daily with Procurement team to ensure materials are on site when required Ensure adherence to Health & Safety standards on-site.
Oversee effective completion of snag lists Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Construction Management/Civil Engineering or equivalent Trade qualification.
3+ years' experience in a similar role.
Excellent knowledge of Trades Proactive, problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
