Our organization is seeking a skilled Claims Handler to manage bodily injury claims from notification through to settlement. The ideal candidate will have experience in proactive claim handling and exceptional customer service skills.
Job Description
* The successful candidate will handle claims while maintaining the highest level of collaboration with internal stakeholders and external customers.
* Proactively manage daily workflow ensuring that customer charters are met, whilst also interpreting policy cover, evaluating liability and negotiating settlements directly with claimants and solicitors.
To excel in this role you must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in Bodily Injury Claims handling, as well as relevant qualifications such as CIP or Dip CII. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal are essential for success in this position. Experience of handling litigated claims is highly desirable but not necessary.
