Sales Director -Home2 Suites by Hilton & Hampton by Hilton Dublin
We are excited to announce a unique leadership opportunity for a Sales Director to lead the commercial strategy for Home2 Suites by Hilton and Hampton by Hilton in Dublin.
This is a particularly exciting time as Home2 Suites by Hilton prepares to make its debut in the European market, bringing Hilton’s extended-stay concept to Dublin for the very first time.
This role offers the opportunity to be part of the pre-opening journey, helping position both hotels strongly within the market while driving commercial performance from day one.
The Role
The Sales Director will lead all sales activities across both properties and play a key role in building strong market presence for the hotels.
Reporting to the Group Director of Sales & Marketing, the successful candidate will drive revenue generation, develop strategic partnerships, and build a strong corporate and group business pipeline.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading the sales strategy for both Hilton properties
Driving corporate, group, and extended-stay business
Developing strong relationships with key accounts and partners
Identifying new opportunities within the Dublin market
Working closely with the revenue and marketing team
Representing the hotels at industry events and networking opportunities
Supporting the pre-opening sales strategy and market positioning

We are looking for a commercially driven hospitality professional who brings:
Proven experience in hotel sales leadership
Strong knowledge of the Dublin hospitality market
Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
A proactive and strategic approach to business development
