Flexsource are currently recruiting for an experienced Barista on behalf of our clients based in Dublin.
This role is ideal for a customer-focused, energetic individual with a passion for high-quality coffee and excellent service.
Key Duties notify supervisors when stock needs replenishing.
· Follow all food handling, hygiene, and safety procedures in line with HACCP and company guidelines.
· Engage positively with customers, handle queries, manage feedback, and support a warm and inviting café environment.
· Carry out basic maintenance on coffee machines and equipment and report any technical issues promptly.
Requirements: Previous barista experience required Valid Manual Handling certificate Valid HACCP certification Good level of English (spoken and written) Flexibility and availability for shifts at short notice Strong communication and customer-service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Salary: €***** per hour Hours: A variety of shifts available (weekdays, weekends, and short-notice shifts depending on client needs)
