The Role
You will report to the Engineering Manager and be responsible for carrying out preventive and reactive maintenance on production machinery, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, and contributing to continuous improvement projects aimed at reducing downtime and increasing efficiency.
Your Responsibilities
 1. Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on production equipment.
 2. Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical breakdowns, including motors, conveyors, CNC machines, and robotics.
 3. Plan and schedule preventive maintenance tasks.
 4. Sourcing and managing spare parts, liaising with suppliers and equipment vendors.
 5. Installing new production equipment and participating in upgrades.
 6. Driving process improvements in machine efficiency and reliability.
 7. Maintaining accurate maintenance records using a Maintenance Management System.

Requirements
 * A recognized qualification in Engineering, Electrical, or Mechanical disciplines.
 * Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably within precision manufacturing.
 * Experience with CNC machines and robotics is advantageous.
 * Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma and/or OEE is desirable.
 * Strong mechanical aptitude and diagnostic skills.
