First Choice are recruiting a HR Officer to join the Human Resources team at Northern Trust Headquarters, Antrim. This is a temporary role until March 2026 (with the possibility of extension), working Monday to Friday, 9am 5pm, with a pay rate of £15.33 per hour. The successful candidate will support Employee Relations, Attendance and Inclusion (ERAI), manage HR cases, assist with investigations, deliver training, and provide guidance to staff and managers.
