Qualifications
* Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in the role, preferably within luxury hospitality.
* Certification or academic background in Food Engineering, Nutrition, Microbiology, or related fields.
* Knowledge and experience in sanitary regulations, including local and international legislation on food safety, as well as hygiene and safety standards applied to hotels and restaurants.
* English Intermediate (A2-B1) and Spanish communication skills.
* Familiarity with the Distintivo H certification.
* Strong leadership skills and the ability to train teams in hygiene protocols and operational best practices.
* Effective communication skills and experience managing internal audits.
* Competence in risk analysis and control, including the implementation of preventive plans and crisis management in response to sanitary incidents.
