As a Mechanical & Electrical Engineer at Arup, you will:
* Be responsible for the design of mechanical & electrical services for a variety of building types, including commercial, residential, healthcare, science and industry, technology and education.
* Use your technical expertise to develop innovative and sustainable design solutions.
* Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of engineers and designers to deliver some of the most complex and high-quality projects, in Ireland and overseas.
* Manage projects and deliver on time and within budget.
* Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
What we’re looking for:
* A passion for sustainability and a desire to make a positive impact on the world.
* A degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field.
* Experience in the design of Building Services systems such as HVAC, pressure cascades, specialist gases, understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice, in Industry, Healthcare and/or Third Level Education.
* Ability to work in a BIM environment.
* Detailed knowledge of relevant industry codes of practice and standards.
* An ability to produce technical reports and commercial proposals for clients.
