About the Role
Camphill Communities of Ireland (CCoI) supports people with physical, intellectual disabilities and autism. CCoI operates residential and day services across 15 locations. The role is a permanent, full‑time Team Leader for the Greenacres Community.
Job Title: Team Leader
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Fulltime (40 hours per week)
Salary: €47,395 – €56,349 per annum
Qualifications
Hold a minimum Level 7 on the QQI Framework – a BA in Social Care Studies or equivalent qualification in Health or Social Care.
At least 2 years of management experience at a similar level of responsibility.
3 years’ experience working with vulnerable adults or adults with intellectual disabilities.
Understanding of current policy and developments at national and sectoral level in relation to social care within disability services.
Effective interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills.
Proficient IT skills relevant to the role, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams).
A full driver’s licence – essential requirement.
