Operational Leadership Role
This is a leadership position focused on delivering exceptional customer service, driving revenue growth, and managing a team at a leisure facility in the Midlands.
* The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, safety, and service are maintained.
* They will lead and support the team, including lifeguards, fitness instructors, and front-of-house staff to deliver excellent experiences for members and guests.
* Responsibilities include managing membership campaigns, events, and marketing activities to increase engagement and drive business results.
* The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing a leisure or fitness facility, with strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
* Financial awareness and experience with reporting are essential, as well as flexibility to work shifts including weekends.
