Operations Manager Job
The role of an Operations Manager is a pivotal one, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day functioning of various hotel departments. This ensures seamless service delivery and operational efficiency across all areas.
* Lead and support department managers in Food & Beverage, Front Office, Housekeeping, and Guest Services to maintain high standards.
* Maintain and enhance guest satisfaction through continuous service improvement initiatives.
* Implement and monitor operational standards, SOPs, and quality controls to drive performance excellence.
This position plays a critical role in driving team performance through effective leadership, coaching, and performance management. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving abilities, excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills, as well as a hands-on managerial approach.
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience in an Operations Manager or senior hotel leadership role.
* Strong understanding of hotel operations and guest service standards.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
