Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a General Dentist, located in Castlebar. The General Dentist will be responsible for performing routine check-ups, dental hygiene, preventive care, and advanced procedures such as endodontics, crown and bridge work, prosthodontics, oral surgery, and personalized care for nervous patients. Additional responsibilities include dental implants, Invisalign clear aligners, cosmetic and restorative dentistry, providing expert advice, and creating transparent treatment plans for patients.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in routine check-ups, dental hygiene, and preventive care
* Experience with advanced dental procedures such as endodontics, crown and bridge work, prosthodontics, and oral surgery
* Skills in modern dental solutions like dental implants, Invisalign, cosmetic, and restorative dentistry
* Excellent communication and patient care skills
* Ability to provide compassionate support and build trust with patients
* Commitment to continuous professional development
* Relevant dental qualifications and professional certifications
* Experience in a community-based dental practice is a plus
