Cloud Product Leadership Opportunity

About the Position:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Owner to spearhead the development of next-generation device management and monitoring platforms.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading cloud product development, defining product roadmaps, and driving Agile ceremonies across distributed teams.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute product strategies for cloud monitoring, device lifecycle management, and mass deployment capabilities.
* Leverage customer research, feedback cycles, and data-driven insights to inform product decisions.
* Maintain high-quality backlog intake, prioritization, grooming, and acceptance criteria.
* Create and communicate PRDs, user stories, UX briefs, acceptance tests, and release notes.
* Demonstrate strong leadership skills, remove blockers, and ensure transparent documentation.
* Collaborate with product marketing on positioning, launch readiness, and sales enablement.
* Develop clear collateral including FAQs, one-pagers, demos, and rollout communications.
* Prioritize market and customer insights to drive strategy and messaging.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years' experience as a Product Owner or Manager in cloud or SaaS environments.
* Proven expertise in Agile methodologies, backlog management, and sprint planning.
* Familiarity with cloud platforms, RMM, subscription models, and IoT ecosystems.
* Ability to work effectively across engineering, UX, DevOps, support, and global teams.
* Agile or Scrum certification preferred.
* AV or device-based platform experience advantageous.
* Strong self-directed skills, excellent communication, and decision-making abilities.
