Padraig J. Hyland & Company, a progressive and busy general practice firm, based in Arklow, are seeking to recruit an ambitious and motivated Litigation Solicitor to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
* Be responsible for managing and progressing your own caseload of files in the areas of family law, personal injury litigation and employment law.
* Have minimum of three years' experience in a general practice in the areas of family law, plaintiff personal injuries litigation and employment law is essential.
* Have experience with meeting clients, liaising with Counsel, managing own files autonomously and experience of drafting proceedings and preparing cases for hearing.
* Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with experience of file management systems.
Salary will be commensurate with ability and experience.
