The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards of care are maintained, empowering individuals with disabilities to achieve their short- and long-term goals while developing their independent living skills.
* A Nursing Degree (registered in the relevant Division of the Live Register of Nurses) or a Level 8 Degree in Social Care with CORU registration
* AND A minimum three year's Managerial Experience within the Health Sector
* Hold a recognised Managerial Qualification (minimum level 6 on the National Framework of Qualifications)
* Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
