I am delighted to be partnering with a major Model 4 Hospital in Ireland to appoint a Consultant Gastroenterologist.
The successful candidate will join a busy, Consultant led Gastroenterology and General Medicine department.
Duties
Provide a complete multidisciplinary endoscopy, gastroenterology and general internal medicine service alongside the existing Gastroenterology Consultants.
Manage Endoscopy waiting lists and outpatient lists.
Work as part of an MDT to ensure patients diagnosed with Gastroenterology Cancer receive appropriate care.

Luminal Gastroenterology service
Requirements
Specialist IMC registration in both Gastroenterology and General (Internal) Medicine, or in the process of registering with IMC.
Equivalent EU/EEA or GMC Specialist Registration.
Minimum 3 years’ relevant Consultant level experience.
Excellent English language and communication skills.
Permission to live and work in Ireland, as the urgency of this role will prevent the processing of Work Permits / Visas.
