Key Residential Development Project We are currently recruiting a senior setting-out engineer for a large-scale residential development in Mullingar. About the Role * You will take the lead on all engineering and setting out activities, working closely with the site manager and wider project team to ensure accurate delivery across all phases of the development. * Full responsibility for setting houses, duplexes, apartments, roads and services by accurately laying foundations rising walls drainage kerbs columns beams slabs supervising groundworks block layers steel fixers shuttering carpenters concrete pours taking levels surveys maintaining detailed records producing managing as-built drawings liaising Irish Water local authorities design teams assisting QA BCAR document control supporting Health Safety procedures audits.
