Job Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the timely completion of projects, adhering to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Support project teams in completing tasks on schedule and within budget constraints.
* Maintain accurate records of project documentation, including EPS construction registers.
* Coordinate the procurement and delivery process of equipment, verifying receipt upon arrival.
* Collaborate with design teams and suppliers to ensure compliance with specifications and drawings.
* Develop and implement project timelines for civil and MEICA installations, from contract award to handover of all documentation.
* Prepare engineering reports, method statements, and commissioning schedules.
* Ensure timely completion of technical assessments and resolution of any technical issues that arise.
* Procure BOQ items for projects, including labour, parts, and materials.
* Oversee site labour operations for projects.
* Assist with health and safety documentation and enforce safe work practices on-site during EPS installation.
* Submit regular site progress reports and presentations.
* Review RFI responses to confirm no engineering issues exist.
* Address technical queries from site regarding specifications, drawings, materials, and equipment.
* Issue requisitions and verify that delivered materials meet specifications and submittals.
* Establish and maintain project asset registers.
* Develop commissioning plans and compile O&M files.
