Food and Beverage Supervisor Opportunity
**Job Description:**
A dynamic and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor is sought to provide exceptional service to our hotel guests. Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring a friendly and efficient service in a fast-paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Greet regular guests by name and ensure they have an excellent experience.
- Develop a good working knowledge of food and wine to make recommendations to customers.
- Maintain a professional demeanor at all times and upsell opportunities to maximize sales revenue.
**Requirements:**
- Previous experience in a high-volume/ fast-paced environment is essential.
- Bar experience is a must-have skill.
- Fluency in English and excellent communication skills are required.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends is necessary.
