Job Description:
This position is responsible for supporting a public sector client in recruiting for a Senior HR Business Partner, on a 6-month contract. The successful candidate will work three days on-site and two days remotely, based in Dublin. Strong Irish employment law knowledge and industrial relations experience are essential requirements for this role.
The ideal candidate will contribute to the strategic development of the organization, coach and guide managers through Employee Relations cases, build strong relationships with third-party representatives, and support the organization through periods of change. They will also guide and develop the team to ensure their success in their roles, as well as support retention and workforce planning.

Requirements:
