Cork An established automotive parts supplier is seeking a reliable, organised, and customer-focused Internal Sales Person to join their expanding team.
This position plays a key role in supporting aftersales operations and helping grow their parts offering across the Republic of Ireland.
You will be based at their busy Mitchelstown stores, working closely with a field-based sales representative for the region, as well as liaising with a central support team in Co.
Antrim.
Occasional travel may be required.
Key Responsibilities Receive incoming parts and manage all stock handling accurately and efficiently Ensure all inventory is stored correctly and maintain well-organised stock locations Monitor stock levels and keep inventory records precise at all times Report any errors, discrepancies, or damaged items to management Prepare accurate customer invoices promptly Liaise with the central accounts team to help resolve payment queries Carry out local deliveries and collections using the most efficient routes Support company promotions, campaigns, and events as required Escalate customer complaints in line with company procedures Respond to sales and customer queries in a timely, professional manner Present a positive company image through appearance, communication, and work habits About You – Skills
